* removed 6mb of trash (some useless things)

* updated background-artwork to the latest version, removed other ones * removed signature background.PSD (instead of an empty background.jpg is provided - almost the same) * removed arial.ttf font, instead arialbd.ttf is used for mango template * added .gitignore file
